About Our industry
LandSmith was founded in 2021 by Andrew Smith, a Hamilton professional engineer who has worked in the local development industry for the past 15 years. LandSmith provides civil services in support of development to both private and municipal clients in Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, and throughout the province.
Our focus is on water distribution, wastewater conveyance treatment, efficient grading design, and with a special emphasis on stormwater management. We emphasize professionalism and excellence in our work because we live here, too, and we want to be good stewards of the land.
